Kyle Silvestro

President, SyTrue

Kyle has over a decade of healthcare industry experience addressing Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions and a deep understanding of clinical data and workflows. Kyle leads the SyTrue team in executing the company’s strategy and evangelizing SyTrue’s solutions within the healthcare market.

Prior to developing a passion for NLP healthcare solutions, Silvestro successfully founded and sold two companies outside of the healthcare market. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Chico University and is recognized as a national thought leader in NLP and the application of semantic search and retrieval.

Neal Miller

Chief Revenue Officer

Neal Miller is the CRO of ClaimLogiq, leading Sales, Marketing and Client Success departments; with a focus on ClaimLogiq’s business growth and client development. Neal’s 25+ years of experience within the healthcare industry has helped him become a trusted advisor for health plans in the payment integrity space, with a strong track record of revenue growth, and a primary focus on large health plans and payers.

Prior to joining our team, Neal held senior leadership roles with Zelis and Cotiviti, where he successfully partnered with the largest health plans in the country to establish a solution for their payment integrity initiatives.

Brian Moore

Chief Financial Officer

Brian Moore is the CFO of ClaimLogiq, leading the Finance/Accounting team with focuses around managing acquisition operations, implementing new finance systems and overseeing financial reporting, audits, budgets and forecasts.

Prior to joining ClaimLogiq, Brian was the CFO of CertaSite and held senior executive leaderships positions at Equian and Deloitte. During his tenures, Brian assisted in various acquisitions, led exponential growth in revenue and managed various finance and acquisition-focused teams.

Krystal Vargha

Chief People Officer

Krystal Vargha is the Chief People Officer at ClaimLogiq, leading the Human Resources, Compliance and Integration Management teams, with a strong focus on a people-first culture. Krystal utilizes her 15+ years of expertise in recruiting, onboarding, professional development, compliance administration, integration management and strategic planning to successfully build HR and Compliance departments, leading to workforce growth and development.

Before coming to ClaimLogiq, Krystal’s experience included leading talent acquisition, HR and Compliance teams in hospitality, healthcare and non-profit industries. She believes that the heart of any organization is its people and works every day to develop new and exciting ways to support company and employee growth

Justin Hudd

Chief Information Officer

Justin Hudd is the lead strategist for the IT, Development, Security and Infrastructure for ClaimLogiq. He is the chief designer for creating and executing a comprehensive information strategy to meet the future needs of ClaimLogiq and its clients. His role is also charged with building standards, architectures and policies for information technologies at the company and its platform, TrueCost.

Before joining the leadership team at ClaimLogiq, Hudd was the founder of E - DBA Limited, in the United Kingdom, where his efforts contributed to the company being awarded Oracle’s EMEA Database Partner of the Year.

Jim Napoli

Chief Legal Officer & General Council

Jim Napoli is the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel for ClaimLogiq. With more than 21 years of legal experience in the healthcare and ERISA arena, Jim is unwavering in his pursuit of compliant charges and accurate pricing for all healthcare payers. Jim previously held the role as CEO of Medliminal, where he established a focused team of innovative professionals, initiated new technologies, increased revenue and brought one of the nation’s largest healthcare companies on board as a client.

Before ClaimLogiq acquired Medliminal, Jim was a partner at the national law firm, Seyfarth Shaw LLP, where he was a member of the Firm’s Health Care Reform and Health Care Fraud and Provider Billing Litigation Specialty Teams.
